Texperts & The Sun: Text Teaser Challenge!

Texperts has got together with The Sun, giving you a chance to win £250 on our Text Teaser challenge!

Text TEASE to 82275 any day this week to receive five puzzle messages charged at £2. Each answer you send costs a standard message.

Each time you answer ALL five correctly, first time, in the right order and before the entry deadline you’ll be entered into our weekly draw where one person wins £250.

Entries close daily at midnight, except on Fridays, where they close at midnight Sunday, when the week’s draw also closes.

You must be 18+ to enter. You may enter more than once a day but each entry will be charged separately. Winners notified within seven days.  Text STOP to 82275 any time to end play. Full Terms & Conditions are below.

Text Teaser Terms & Conditions

1.    These terms and conditions apply to all rounds of The Sun TEASE competition (unless and to the extent that) the competition states otherwise.

2.    Unless otherwise specified, the competition is open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over except employees of News Group Newspapers Ltd (NGN), News International Ltd, and RE5ULT Limited (“RE5ULT”), their families, agents or any other person(s) connected with the competition, including third party promotional partners.

3.    You can enter every round of the competition as many times as you wish but each entry will cost £2 and each text to 82275 will cost one network text. Only one complete set of correct answers is necessary to be entered into the prize draw. Each correct set of answers gives you a separate entry into the prize draw.  All five answers in any set of question which comprise a round need to be answered correctly, first time and in the right order. Any attempt to give a further answer to a question will be treated as an answer to the next unanswered question.

4.     By entering, all eligible entrants agree to abide by each and all these terms and conditions. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate an entry. NGN reserves the right, with or without cause, to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. NGN reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any amendments will be published on this website.

5.    Unless otherwise specified, the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received before the closing date. Winners will be notified within 7 days after the closing date. All reasonable endeavours will be made to contact the winner during this time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, NGN reserves the right to re-draw another winner from the correct entries which were received before the closing date.

6.    NGN reserves the right to publish entries (including parts of entries) other than the winning entry and publication does not necessarily mean the entrant has won a prize.

7.  NGN will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries, whether due to mobile network failure or otherwise. NGN takes no responsibility for any entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned.

8.    Other than death or personal injury arising from the acts or omissions of NGN or RE5ULT or their respective employees, neither NGN or RE5ULT will be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winner’s (or their guest’s) enjoyment of the prize.

9.    There is no alternative to the prize stated and the prize is not transferable and no part or parts of the prize may be substituted for other benefits, items or additions.

10.    By entering, any subsequent prize winners agree to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by NGN (The Sun or the News of the World) or any associated or subsidiary company of News International Limited.

11.    Uses of personal data received by NGN or RE5ULT in the course of the promotion are subject to the privacy policy found on The Sun website. Winners’ names may be published on that website.

12.    If you text STOP to 82275 Texperts will cease to send you puzzle messages.  NGN may send you marketing information to your mobile phone, if you wish to cease to receive any such marketing messages from NGN, then text STOP to the number given in those messages.

13.    Winners may be required to submit valid identification before receiving their prize.

14.    The decision of the Editor of The Sun is final and binding on the entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

15.    NGN reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the competition (including altering prizes) if, in its sole discretion, a competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. NGN reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value in the event that circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable.

16.    For a list of winners please send a stamped envelope to The Sun or The News of the World (as applicable) Competitions Department, 1 Virginia Street, London, E98 1RL, England, stating for which competition you would like winners’ details.
