Nigel Bramwell, Chairman
Nigel Bramwell is the Chairman of our Board of Directors. Nigel is also CEO of Dual Holdings PLC, a workforce management company. He brings a wealth of experience in the development, sale, and public listing of companies in the mobile sector to Texperts. Nigel has acted in a variety of Board and Senior Management roles with Mobile Innovations Ltd, Cellphones Direct (Holdings) Ltd, Talkland International, International Communications Ltd and Carphone Group. As Texperts’ Chairman, he draws on his considerable experience to guide the company in its development.
Sarah McVittie, Co-founder & CEO
Sarah McVittie is the co-founder and CEO of Texperts, and is responsible for planning and implementing all aspects of the company’s business strategy; for co-ordinating senior staff; and for liaising with stakeholders and business partners. Sarah holds a MA Hons in Economics and Chinese from the University of Edinburgh, and previously worked as a Financial Analyst at UBS Warburg in the Financial Sponsors Group of the Investment Banking Department. She also has experience working in Foreign Direct Investment projects for Ernst & Young and teaching English as a foreign language in China and Taiwan. Sarah pioneered and organised the Silk and Steel motorbike and sidecar expedition from London to Beijing, which raised £20,000 for charity.
Thomas Roberts, Co-founder & CPO
As Chief Product Officer for Texperts, Thomas Roberts is responsible for product development and liaising with technical and management teams and stakeholders. Thomas read Philosophy and Theology (MA Hons) at Oxford, and previously worked as a Financial Analyst in the Media Investment Banking team at UBS on deals such as the Carlton-Granada merger, the KirchMedia restructuring and the BertelsmannSpringer sale. He also has experience working with SeedCapital (VCT), as a consultant at Reuters, as a software developer with HMcM, and with 3D scalar modelling at PR Models in Palo Alto, California.
Richard Brennan, Director
Richard Brennan is an experienced and successful Telecommunications executive, with significant strengths in Global Marketing and Branding. Richard is passionate about placing the customer at the very heart of a business, which makes him a perfect match with the structure and philosophy of Texperts. Richard spent 11 years at Orange, where he was Executive Vice President of Global Brand Marketing and Products with responsibility for worldwide marketing activity across 17 countries. He has previously held Board positions with Mobistar, Wildfire Inc., and the GSMA.
